Orders that have already shipped from our warehouse cannot be canceled. We cannot accommodate requests for refunds on orders that have been refused by the recipient or are undeliverable because of an incorrect International address 852 Entertainment does not accept requests for returns on International orders, due to high processing costs.
For all CD, DVD, Bluray product, In order to aid in the return process, please also keep the original shipping package. Shipping charges will only be refunded in the case that 852 Entertainment Online was at fault. If you changed your mind about your purchase or incorrectly ordered the wrong title, all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
852 Entertainment reserves the right to reject a return or exchange from customer should any of the above conditions are not met or if we consider there to have been an excessive number of returns from the customer.
